Digital TransPromo solution is a unique means for our clients to add individually 'customised' eMagazines/eBrochures to each eStatement sent to their customers.

While progressively replacing monthly statements by electronic statements, our clients also lose the ability to insert non-targeted promotional or legal materials in the envelope. TransPromo Editions are not only seamlessly incorporated to the eStatements' body but also targeted to the particulars and preferences of each customer.

The client simply adds a button to every eStatement. When a customer clicks on this button on their eStatement, our transactional engine then instantaneously compiles - 'on the fly' - a personalised eMagazine unique to that customer.

To create the variables for the eMagazines, our clients simply provide an XML of the appropriate customer preferences and the pages, either as pre-press pages and/or an XML feed with data for template pages.

This process can be applied to any industry and size of customer database: banks, telcos, insurance and airline companies. They send out millions of e-Statements each month and can now deliver a ‘uniquely personalised’ eMagazine to each customer, who simply accesses the eMagazine by 'clicking' on the button on their e-statement and/or eStatement email.
